I've loved chess since a book first taught me how to play when I was 8 years old. It is the addiction that I'm glad I come back to over and over again throughout the years. Though it is most often frustrating, there are those "Eureka!" moments through the course of learning the game that make you want to run through the town naked (bonus points if you can tell me who I am referring to). Finally getting serious again after getting trounced repeatedly on the ship by a couple of people. My wife is in another country right now so I'm spending far to much time looking at these 64 squares (and loving it).
