Well, I've been a member of Chess.com for a little more than a year now. Woot! I'm an educator and currently run a scholastic chess club. That is what got me involved with this site in the first place. Before joining I had played chess only when I was very young, and not very seriously. I actually try to pick up on pattern recognition, openings, and endgame strategies now. That is, when I find the time. I'm a busy man! :-)
