About Me:
I started playing chess during the prime of Bobby Fischer on circa 1970.I was too naive then that I did not give much attention with stories about the World Chess Championships between Bobby and the depending champion Spassky.
Eventually, I became his fan when chess articles appeared in most newspapers telling about the outcome of the World Chess Championship, that he grabbed it from reigning champion Boris. Since then, my passion for chess began and never faded till the present days.
Text from local newspapers was my only means of research, there were no books, no computer, no Fritzes, no Rybkas none whatsoever.I like those days, because there were sense of neutrality, honesty and dignity.
