About Me:
I started playing chess when I was a kid about 6 yrs old. I was the only girl in a family of boys, and they were all teenagers who wouldn't let me play because they thought girls couldn't play chess. Finally they let me play and after a while they started losing to me! Then they would get so mad they would throw the pieces all over the room! I love chess!!! I wrote a book with co-author Brian Wall called "How To Play Chess Like An Animal." It is hard to find another book like this. It's the singing bass fish of chess books.
