Alright Colin - hope your feeling better mate? Basically mate we've had to ballot on a few things regarding the 10.1 hours being paid back and the re-introduction of the bonus at stages and also the 50 hours banked! Anyhow it was rejected 65 against 20 for and 16 non returns! Was balloted again yesterday but I was off mate so I don't know??? They bought the bonus target down to 140,000 at a rate of 30% bonus and full bonus when it reaches 180,000 ! I'm back working Fridays when on morning shift by PAWNSTAR67 4 months ago
