I do not give trophies here as I find the graphics unattractive. This being said I respect all my opponents out there in chess.com world.
Stue Cimabue (stoo-y cheem-a-booay) I have been a visual artist and art teacher for over 15 years. I have taught all ages. I have enjoyed incorporating chess in to my students day as either a noon time activity, an afterschool club or as part of my art classes. I think is chess is great for helping kids develop visual problem solving skills, pattern recognition etc. I have taken middle school students to the WI state chess tournaments in Oshkosh/ We did well.
As a player I have been improving the last couple of years. I do not have a mathematical/analytic mind but rather a visual aesthetic one.
