About Me:
A renewed interest for the world's greatest game. Took a 30 year hiatus after high school chess club until I was referred to chess.com. Fantastic! My self described style is unorthodox at best. I play from the "seat of my pants" and rely on my gut instinct more than anything. Never having studied or analyzed this game makes chess more intriguing to me. I prefer to play moves under 10 minutes per side playing "real time". My zone is GMT-10 Honolulu. U.S. East Coast +6 HRS. / West Coast +3 HRS.

Is there a reason for certain players to fill the "open invites" page? It seems if they don't get a game the player will fill the page with the SAME challenge. What gives?...Read more »
