Terence's Overview:
I'm a mature student who is currently working towards obtaining a Msc, in Mentoring & Coaching (employment based,within the workplace).
There are two areas that I have a specific interest in;
1 The Acquisition and Retention of Talent Management.
2 The Utilization of Human Rights legislation, upon Employment Issues
This will give me a valueable Qualification within the Human Resourse's sector. However, my ultimate aim is to do a Phd in Philosophy. I'm interested in obtaining a greater understanding of "why we are, who we are" from a philisophical perspective. For I think; "one cannot know where they are headed? If they do not 'know or 'understand' where they are, at present in their life cycle.
My Chess style: "I am an 'instictively spontaneous' player, who enjoys and offers a 'philisophical' dimension to his game".(sometimes with disastrous consequence's for me)
