About Me:
I am a retired computer professional though I am currently teaching computer science to University students as a part time faculty as also an IT consultant. My hobby is Astrology and I am a practicing Astrologer. I am 64 years old. I have authored many books on Computer Science which are being used as text/reference books by universities in India and abroad. I have a daughter(39) Software Engineer, a son(33) environmentalist and 3 grand children (14,7 and 2). I have played more than 25000 games of chess in my life, most of them OTB from the age of 5 and I look forward to playing as many more games. I do not mind opponents who use computer software or chess engines as I would like to get the best opposition in the games I play and that is why I am on this site.
