 I learned this game at nine years of age and played actively in school and national championships until my mid-twenties when i "retired" to pursue career and family interests. I have recently been inspired by a friend to return to the game after 20 years out.

I have been most impressed by chess mentor and the ability to play on-line on this site. I am far off my peak strength but with the resources available on this site I am sure that i will enjoy this beautiful game fully once more.
