About Me:
APRIL 2008 :
I'm a new comer to this old and universal brain teaser. A casual chess player from France, I always try to better my best !
So I consulted my doctor who suggested that I take two queens three times per day for one week. He explained that queens can persuade kings to give up....
Friends ask me if this lie is true. I can assure you that it is !!
Will I succeed? Well, only time will tell.
So stay tuned...!

So far the battle is about even....
I won many and lost many games. Probably lost far more games than won. It was sad, very sad.
I tried many openings, took much advises, pulled my hair out, scratched my head,...but I've got to face the naked truth....there are many better players on the loose, far too many !!
Today, on the eve of a new year, a slight breeze of chance has blown...
The breeze and I are good friends !

Finally, (end of January 20099), I cannot say that I'm a newcomer anymore. Somebody told me once some ruibbish like..."that the best way to win is... to LOSE" ! Now I know that he was right !!
I've bought about ten chess books, NUNN, BAIN and many others. I took lessons from a local chess club.
******************************************************************************
Conclusion ? Chess is very complicate and I've still got tons and tons to learn !
And the problems I'm facing today ???
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
I still can't make up my mind to choose the right color for words !
APRIL 2009 :
The one conclusion I can honestly make is that you have got to lose ! I've lost so many times that some times I felt like giving up everything and to go fishing....but then you've got to start learning a new hobby !!
I analysed my older games and discovered that I made many aggressive moves only to beat the retreat. In other words, I made useless and time consuming moves. So the first rule is, don't make un-necessary move.
So, what have I gained ?
