About Me:

I've played organized chess since 1983. I topped out just over 1900 CFC (maybe 2000 USCF?). I do play a decent game when I put the work into it. Haven't played a rated game in 10 years. You can be assured that I don't use computers. I do use books to some extent. Mostly I set up a real board and play over as many variations as I can. My tactics aren't the sharpest, so I will miss. My strength is my positional sense. I'm always open for chatting and post-mortem analysis. I am a type 1 diabetic, hence the avatar. I'm active in D forums and am open to discussions anytime. My last A1C was 5,9%.
