I am a cell biologist living on the French Riviera. I like chess, videogames, music and funny TV shows like "Get Smart". My favorite band is Led Zeppelin indeed...as I was a teenager in the seventies. I learned chess pretty late so that my progression is quite slow and kind of painful. I allways play 1.d4 as white. In the beginning it was meant to avoid Sicilian and Ruy Lopez (too much work for a lazy pal like me) but since then, I developped a real pleasure playing both sides in Semi-slav or Modern Benoni Systems. As black I answer 1.e4 with either the french or the scandinavian and 1.d4 with semi-slav or benoni. For any other white first move...I just improvize!
