5. I like what broccolihero had to say. I know there are a few active members in another group I am in, American Group, that are located in central Florida, so if opening it to everyone makes it more accessible that sounds good.

5. I'd like this open to chess.com, but maybe on a permission based entry -- incase there are central Floridians who might hear about the tourney and want to join and then join the group.  I suppose though, that just having a group only tourney might be advertisement enough.

4. Depends upon how many groups, and the size of each group.  I guess 2 sounds OK, if we get average-sized groups.  If the groups are 4 or less, then perhaps only 1 should get it done.
