This Saturday, January 28th is the 2nd Newtown Winter Open at CH Booth Library, 25 Main Street, Newtown, CT.  The tournament is USCF-rated.  Regsitration is 11:30~12 Noon.  The entry fee is $15 and the time control is G/45.  Three games will be played, starting at 12:15.
