Since the recent inception of this group, I have been focusing (with phyxius as my lens) on the growth of the VENOM CHESS GROUP. As you all may have read (hopefully), I posted membership criteria which I have loosely adhered to in favor of membership growth. As with any great idea, I believe keeping things uncomplicated and avoiding convolution of the original concept is the key to success. 

The original concept was to attract VENOM chess players. Intelligent chess-warriors who tend to allow emotion to get the better of common sense or prudence at times. Who sometimes walk the road less traveled in the chess world than those who are conventionally trained in classrooms and clubs around the world. We VENOM chess players have natural and uncut talent, but tend to be wreckless and impatient. We favor honor over cowardice and are unable to comprehend the science of the game OVER the artistry of it. As VENOM CHESS GROUP members, I expect suggestion, training, involvement, tutorship and a brother / sisterhood relationship among members. Elite in nature, unmatched in talent and deadly in the arena of battle we choose.....VENOM CHESS GROUP members WILL be known as the best unconventional chess players in the world.

THIS....is my vision. In order to achieve it I must adhere to the original concept as stated when I created this group. Without emotion and with very few exceptions, I will begin a sweep of our current members - yes, all of them - to ensure you are all in compliance with the criteria as posted. If you are not, I will provide you with a timeframe to comply and if you are unwilling or unable to comply, you will be removed from the VENOM CHESS GROUP. It is not personal and should not be taken that way, but it must be done. As stated previously, here are the criteria for your review.

1. If you belong to more than 10 groups. (5 active groups can be overwhelming)

2. If you are under the age of 18. (Exceptions are made here)

3. If you are not active in matches everyday. (Non-negotiable)

4. If you are not a VENOM style chess player. (To be determined...prove it!)

Please comply in a timely manner or I will be sending you a personal friendly note to comply or leave the group. Remember warriors, halfway up the mountain does not a victory make!
