Humpy needs to finish first.  I she does, then even if Anna comes second Humpy will win.

If Humpy comes second and Anna is third I think they both finish on 385 points, but Anna would win because her points scored in the discounted fourth event are greater.  Full rules here.

What if the result will be tied?

Since it seems that the main competition for 1st place will be between Humpy Koneru and Anna Muzychuk here, it's notable that whichever of these two players wins the current tournament will also get the chance to play in a title match with Yifan Hou, no matter what the result of the other player.  So, in a sense 2nd place doesn't count between them.

If Humpy Koneru manages to squeak by and become the title challenger again, it will be a repeated pattern from the last Grand Prix series, where she won in the final tournament too and thus leapfrogged Nana Dzagnidze for the chance to play for the title.
