Dear Mr. Salik, also please dont be quick to lock registration for the match in open ratings & wait  for few days to make sure all members have seen the match.

Dear Salik i think, you should arrange matches, by keeping in view the opposing team avg. rating, which should be less than us or around us......like 'learn chess', 'blunder club', Kossacks etc...
