Budapest Gambit vs Team China

Submitted by boogaloo on Wed, 02/11/2009 at 8:02pm.

I have challenged Team China to a thematic tournament.  The theme being the Budapest Gambit.  I'm confident we have a few aficionados in there.  We can defeat them Gambit Gang.

Good Luck!

I'm looking forward to this team match and just happened to create some Budapest mini tournaments last night - Low key - (5 people or less). Perhaps these games can help us bone up on our Budapest skills and share some ideas.

OK - If I've posted these inappropriately then I promise that I will never, ever, ever do it again - I'll even delete it @ the request of one of our leaders.

Queen's Gambit - Budapest Defenst : Alder Variation

The alder variation is the only one that is FULL

Bust these are open : 5 people or less

*Queen's Gambit - Budapest Defense

*Budapest Rubinstein -

*Budapest w/ an interesting C4

*Budapest - Basic Queen Gambit setup

 *Smith Mora - Sicilian players

*Smith Morra Declined - Sicilian Alpin

Halloween Gambit - Sac a Knight and play chase with pawn : )

I also selected the Halloween gambit as I think it is fun but I never play it.
