I am a premium member, but chess.com page works for me like if I were nobody. During the games the connection is permanent interrupted, and logicaly I am losing most of the games. I am sure I haver very good internet hosting and connection, it means it is no my problem, that is for sure.

I know you are not from the technincal side, but there is no way to contact to themdirectly . Can you help me?
