Deadlock In Round 4 At Corus

All games in the fourth round of the A group at Corus ended in draws, but there were some interesting battles among them.

Aronian (pictured) sacrificed a piece for some pawns against Carlsen, but the players ultimately shared the spoils in a dynamic encounter.  Adams did very well to draw an inferior rook ending against Morozevich - an instructive game!
