Chess.com is not a perfect website and it caused me so much headache on making rules that will be fair and suite our team.

We still cannot  control all admins not to wreck havoc creating-cancelling matches at will so we based mainly on respect and trust. While I've been trying yo suggest to staff at Chess.com about getting all the report on every Admin's action, we still need to wait for a bit longer before there will be any update.

The new rules "seems to be" a long and complicate one but i believe we will get use to it very quickly.

To be fair to everyone "Contribution Points" will be calculated on matches created FROM NOW ON (not before)

Rules are not completed yet. There will be more rules coming up on "Team Tournaments" and more update on the "General Rules"
