i think it´s important that members are only on one team.  Imagine the spying and sabatoging that could occur. 

should we make any ground rules, such as a member can only be on one team, ect.?

This is how I do it.  Go to any group that is related(state, football, sports, etc.).  Make a open office page in your computer and copy and paste the members name,  Send out the info on your team and explain that the end goal is a league.  I even think that we should advertise the other teams to give them options and maybe get a paid account member to start one.  Also, go to the american members list and find people who live in your team´s area and invite them.  The Bears got one girl because I sent an invite to her because she said she was a midwesterner.   I make the list so that you don´t end up sending many invites to the same member and get them angry. 

I have a small list made of different members that I have seen have interests for a team and I also ask any of the players I am playing(mainly american members) if they are a football fan and what team. 

We need to watch out for members that join to sabatoge the team.  Remember that as admins we can take them out if need be.

If anyone else has ideas spill them.  We need to work fast to keep up the momentum because this has been attempted before by certain individuals.  The only real way this is going to work is together.
