Drakesdman's Cup Tournament

Dear all,
We have 25+ members now and we believe it will reach 100 soon, and maybe 1000 in future, so I like to start our first live chess tournament.
Eveybody of this group is encouraged to organize the tournament directly (otherwise I need to provide the service to each tournament 
), or give the idea as the sponsor, the idea of 1st tournament is from Drakesdman, as the sponsor, he will sent the trophy to the 1st ~ 3rd places of players, and the tournament named by him.
Please leave message here if you want to join, the rules is:
- 2 or 3 groups, and 2 or 3 players each group will advance to next round, it depends on how much players join this tournament.
- Each round should be completed in 3-7 days, you need to talk to your opponent to set the time to play.
- the game is: 10 minute plus 5 second time control, one game only, with random color.
- Please report the result at this threat, and please do not rematch that opponent in 2 days, otherwise it is hard to me to verify what you reported.
- the paring will be based on your blitz rating
