Fabiano Caruana 4.jpg19 year-old Fabiano Caruana has won the 20th Sigeman & Co Tournament in Malmo, Sweden.

The Italian-American led the 8-player single round-robin event from the start, scoring 4 wins, 3 draws and no losses to win the competition with a score of 5½ points, half a point ahead of nearest rival Peter Leko.

    I'm confused, in the first example shown, Hector Vs Chao Round 4, black wins but only got half a point for a draw in the points table, also Hector got zero, how can one of them get the points for a draw and the other not?
    Am i missing something obvious?

    Leko played some nice games as black...especially the one with Tikkanen. He beautifully created and exployted the pawn weknesses on the queen side.
