For some reason, the settings for notes and forums stuff went non-public. I changed them back. In the future if anyone has trouble posting in the PWoC Forums, drop me a message?

Chptr, bro, in the groups forums, our posts had to be approved before being puplic. Since that Super Admin quit, there goes the person who approves the posts.
