In a very strong and convincing win, teen chess superstar Wesley So won his 9th round game in the Group C Corus 2009 Tournament against IM Bitalzadeh in 36 moves. It can be recalled that So earlier made his first loss in the tourney against Holzke during their Round 8 game last Sunday. After the break on Monday, So came back with a very powerful win in Round 9 whose advantage became apparent even as early as in his 20th move in the game. After the 9th Round, So maintains the second position in Group C trailing only after Hillarp Persson by half a point.
