I have just issued the challenges to Team USA:  Northeast, and once they are accepted everyone in the group should be notified of a new team match in registration.

Registration for the matches will begin as soon as an admin from Team USA:  Northeast accepts the challenge, and will continue until January 31st, when the matches will begin. 

Keep in mind that the Master division does NOT have any rating parameters. Players of any rating are theoretically able to participate in that division, but obviously only the highest-rated will make it in. A player may only compete in one division at a time. If someone is eligible for both the Master division and the next division down, they must choose only one.
