I am a good player (rating=1800+)and a good organizer. Generally howeverI don't contribute much to groups unless I am super admin.

I invite members based on rating and activity. I generally try to challenge big groups.

Unfortunately I currently cannot participate in more team matches (too many games, sorry!).
