Yep! It's Erik's birthday today! I don't want to let the cat out of the bag, so if you want to know how old he is, you'll have to put together the following math riddle:

 

Erik's age is the Nth Prime Number...

where N is the Gth Prime Number...

where G is sqrt((10^2) - (((4 factorial) + (log 10)) * 3))

Happy Birth(yester)day! If I only understood the clues, I would be able use them to indicate how long ago I had  math class. I remember it was calculus and analytical geometry. At least, without counting statistics, which I had later, as real math. Who Keres, anyway? Best wishes in your future.

Now that Phobetor has spelt it out as 31 years as I hinted [see my post below: Sylvia Plath died at 31, in Arundhati Roy's novel - re the character Ammu - "She was 31. A viable-diable age"]; so:

Erik is a member of a group here comprised of people whose age is 35 or more! Not done :)
Or is running chess.com is ageing him too fast - making him feel 35+ ? ;)

G = sqrt(10^2 - (4! + log 10) * 3)

= sqrt(100 - (24 + 1) * 3)     // assuming the log is base 10 Tongue out

= sqrt(25)

= 5

N = 5th prime number (2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29,31,37,41,...)

= 11

Age = 11th prime number

= 31
