Let the games begin!

As soon as we reach 10 members, we will start some vote chess and team matches. In the near future, I would like to set up an inner team tournament, but we need a lot more recruits. i know it is hard to find Christian chess players out there, but they are there. This would be a great time to go get referrals for chess.com. If you know people in your chess clubs or in Sunday School that might be interested, go get'em. Convince them that this is a much better hobby than golf, corn hole, sudoku, or whatever. Adopt a chess player and show them the ropes. By the way, referrals do pay for themselves. I believe when I signed on as a premium member, jimclark who had referred me, got a free month's membership. I'm going to a tournament in Kentucky this Saturday, and I will be looking for some recruits as well.
