Hi all,
Apologies for not being able to run this very well over the last year. I shouldn't involve myself in discussions for a new start, so I'll leave it up to you.
Why have I been busy: I'm now -
Alternate Home Chess Director for the English Chess Federation
Junior Secretary of the Warwickshire Chess Association (and MCCU, but it doesn't do anything)
President of the British Universities' Chess Association (which I re-founded last year)
Club secretary for my University team, a junior team in the Birmingham League, and a 4NCL team
Head games-inputter at the 4NCL
This takes up literally ALL of my time. I struggle to keep to one move every three days! I passed the CAA arbiters' exam last week, which means I'm now 1/3 of the way towards being a qualified arbiter (you may know brfc is well ahead of me on that one!)
Apologies for my rubbishness, I hope someone else has more time to dedicate to this than me!
