hi moderators and developers on this site..I play live chess using my android device..I would like to request something essential.. 1.) interface should have a functionality to let player view previous moves..even the other average software has this I'm confident that chess.com shouldn't have any problem developing that.. 2.) it would be very nice for android users to be able to review previous games and tactics trainer rating and puzzles under went.. I guess I will have a complete chess experience with there 2 little things added to chess for android app.. thanks in advance! more power!

force closes continuously during live chess on samsung fascinate. had to forfeit unrated game red

Just type the URL (www.chess-3.com/androidlive.apk) into your phone's browser then "open" the downloaded file.

Re wilfire.  I'e just swapped a samsung for a HTC Wilfire.  but when i go to the android market place and search for chess.com it still doesnt appear.  Can i ask how you guys downloaded ap. on to your phones.  cheers

Cairton - What I always do is kill unwanted running apps using Advanced Task Killer & then it runs OK

Since upgrading to the latest build I can't play online - keep getting "force close" as soon as I try to get to a game. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Apollo running Android 2.1-update1. In the meantime I've reverted back to the app in the Android market.

Finally got my Wildfire back, my wife used it for two weeks :-(

For me the update seems very good, in 24hrs no force closes, and the captured pieces are back.. hurray!

One general remark: the app asks permission for all it can ask for: send SMS, location, make calls, etc. For the beta that is fine, but it's better to fix that one day to the permissions it really #uses#. 

Still getting Force Close's - probably fewer than before but ...

Seems fine playing games though - still only played online games, not tried Live yet.

Thanks for fixing unexpected closing of app when opening Live Chess under Wildfire. However, I still can not play. I am not sure, but it seems that the moves are not updated: I have started about 10 unrated games and in all of them my opponents did not make any moves. Looks like a bug. =)

the new build seems a bit unstable for me, in the game chat, both names are MINE! the words are right, the back and forth but, it seems as if I am having a convo with myself (I don't HAVE to be online to do that :P also, I have experiended piece glitches like, Ra1 was moved to Rc3 (over pawns or whatever else was in the way) I went back to the game screen and refreshed games list and then it was fixed, I love the app, it has increaced my online play! :D
