I like the groups of 4 idea too. The first players of each group go through and the rest get knocked out. It allows unlimited entrants and prevents the need to play a huge amount of games at once.

I think 3 days per move,12 people I think would work (wait until im online to launch please! I wanna play :) ). Rated. All play all so 12 simultaneous games.
