Players playing for multiple teams

Thanks to the service provided by Yuri Neves (http://www.chessleagues.com/2013/usl/) we have been able to identify players that have played for multiple teams during the season. Playing for multiple teams is not in accordance to the rules even if those teams play in different divisions. Once a player plays its first game for one team during a season he will have to stick with this team for the remainder of the season including playoffs.

However, as it is near impossible for the team admins to spot and prevent it there will not be sanctions against any of the teams in form of point deductions for those matches. However, the players involved will have to sit out the next match - be it the upcoming playoffs or the first match next season. The players and admins for those teams will be contacted and informed of the decision.

In the future, we will pay closer attention to players playing for multiple teams and intervene quicker.
