Please Suggest

When this group "The Army of Lyte" was formed, we had many plans. We have been very silent for past couple of months as many would have observed. I decided NOT TO QUIT this group whatever happened since it was my first group here on chess.com and I found my first virual family.
Our number has decreased and it does not surprise me. Boargog leaving the site was first shock and now we have learnt that Paladon too wont be around much. It is good though that he is not leaving us.
I respect all current members of our group and have decided to work for improvement of "The Army of Lyte". For that sake I wanted to inform you that:
1) I have changed the group settings and now anyone who wants to join this group will have to get an aproval first. If you folks would like to invite someone, please jsut let me know and I will send an invitation.
2) There are a lot of Admins of this group. It would be so nice if they could help me manage this group.
3) Since I am not sure whole WILL or WILL NOT be available for help, I need a couple of members, who are willing to help us. If you are interested, please contact me via Private Message.
4) We need to have your valueable suggestions also. Please feel free to suggest any improvements that you wish to see in this group.
I am sure that together we can work for the betterment of "The Army of Lyte".
