doesn't matter. you can ask them to join this group by leaving them a note and providing them with a hyperlink to the Team Singapore group, then getting any admins to approve them joining.
SkyChess, just go to members and sort by country. Then if you can't figure out how to send them automated 'join group' messages, just leave a message on their profile or something =P providing the link to our group of course...
