The World League Round 2 is about to start. It will be USA Southeast vs England. The rosters of each team must be locked and the matches begun on Thursday, April 23. Obviously, different parts of the world are in different time zones, so there is no exact deadline for the matches to begin, just so long as it is around April 23.
