    white should play f4,0-0,then Bf3. pawn storm on the king side if black castles short

    Well, it was only that one game, and White lost-- so they won't play it any more I bet!

     

    In the game, the bishop didn't go to d3 from e2, but from c4. Still a pretty strange move.  here is the sequence:

     

    1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 a6 6.Bc4 e6 7.Bd3 b5

    Why would white play Bd3? White will just lose a tempo.
