    You have to think that this can work against < 1300 players who have never played it before.  I did some games on chesscube.com with it just for kicks and I've started to get the hang of it I think.  I'm going to try it out in ranked games here.

    You simply have to be a very aggressive, flamboyant attacker to pull this off, and able to play with a few solid netting patterns as well as sacrifices. It's difficult to play, but if you CAN play it, you virtually have all initiative by your 3rd move.

    So what would black be aiming for after the gambit is accepted? Even if the e column is assailable - which it isn't entirely due black's pawn - can't white just castle and have virtually no concerns about the plans that black could use to utilise the opening?

    it IS bad, though if you take the f-pawn as white black might have some chances, but if 3.Nxe5 it's virtually game over if white is any good...
