    i think this was n internet game and Qxd4 was premove cuz usually after Bb4+ White blocks with Nd2

    it was played on the internet, I suspect it was a pre-move.  The Marshall Gambit usually goes where White deals with the bishop's check by interposing a piece on the d file, blocking the white queen's protection of the d pawn.  the black queen then takes the pawn and hilarity ensues in the way of crazy tactics.
