There are other possible continuations but will lead black to a win.

Mark, the idea after 6.Bxe7 Qxe7 7cxd5 would be 7..Nxc3 exchanging a pair of minor pieces and taking a lot of the pressure off of black, if I'm not mistaken.  The light squared Bishop gets some freedom, and at worst you end up with play against the isolated queen's pawn with a queenside majority for black.

Personally i think this defence can easily lead to a positional disadvantage to black if white plays Bishop takes bishop on E7. To save the castling options queen takes bishop, then white pawn trades will forse the black king to castle king side early and the black queen under attack from NC3->ND5. So black down 1 pawn and a knight in the open giving white the ability to develop a queen attack using the knight check as cover. But thats just a guess..

This is a good defense for black because it has a very high draw percentage.
