Great British Countryside

Here are some photos that I have taken over the last week as it has been such nice weather. For some reason when its really hot and sunny everyone heads for the beach where you can spend the day in the company of loud overweight grockles (local term for tourists) with very few clothes on whilst burning in the sun and getting sunstroke. Instead I always head for the countryside as there are much better sights, sounds and smells there and no unsavoury characters. These photos were taken over a few days and amazingly I only saw one or two people and only a few cars, why anyone would prefer the beach to this I don't know. Anyway, here are all the photos I took, there are alot (44!) and although they are pehaps not up to my usual standard and are maybe quantity over quality, I think they still speak for themselves despite the fact that my compositioning and use of light was not up to scratch. In my defence it was very hot and bright and I could barely see what I was taking on my camera screen! They are mostly landscape shots but I also took some more light on water shots which I love taking (see my other albums to see what I mean), loads of tree/tree branches ones (I think that is my new favourite photo subject), some bluebells ones and some animal ones although unfortunately I was'nt quick enough to get a photo of a deer I saw. So anyway, the English countryside in all its glory :-)
