Chess Board Cake
So one of the many big surprises from my wonderful girlfriend for my birthday (06/18/09) was an enormous Chess Themed Cake complete with pieces. EVERYTHING was edible, including the pieces which she made from White and Dark chocolate and some moulds she found online. The squares were 64 Ghirardelli chocolate squares (32 dark & light, of course). And she even lined the perimeter with Pepperidge Farm - Chessmen Cookies. What a babe. lol
