john,  my name  is  tony  from the jersey shore, i'm a retired chess of police from near  atlantic  city  and presently disabled  from  a stroke that paralyzed my left side.

prior to stroke i was  heavy into the martial arts (karate, judo aikido, philipino stick and knife for over 35 years

now i can't open my left hand.  I HAVE BEEN REALLY GETTING INVOLVED IN IMPROVING MY CHESS GAME

I USED TO FAVOR POOL, BUT NOW I CAN'T STRAIGHTEN MY LEFT ARM

THIS IS NOT A SOB STORY,  SORRY I DIDN'T WANT TO BORE YOU

I  PLAY  THE  SCOTCH OPENING  A LOT  AND WANT TO  STAY WITH IT AND LEARN ALL I CAN FROM  IT.

CAN YOU LEAD  ME TO  SOME AREAS  I CAN RESEARCH.

I HEARD  THAT INTERNATIONAL MASTER JOHN PETER  FEDOROWICZ KNOWS  MUCH ABOUT IT AND HAS WRITTEN A GREAT  BOOK.

 

CAN YOU TELL ME  WHERE TO BUY IT AND NAME(I'M ALSO LOOKING FOR HIS EMAIL, HE IS A CHESS COLUMNIST GOR THE LOS ANGELES TIMES.

IF YOU HAVE ANY INFOR ON MODERN THEORY ON SCOTCH  AND WHICH GRAN MASTERS PLAYED IT THE MOST,  I  WOULD BE GREATFUL
