My team "Clinton: Insufficient Losing Chances" won the United States Amateur Team East 1999 tournament in Parsippany, NJ.  The team consisted of myself on board one, Michael Shapiro on board two, Alan Kantor on board three, and David Sichel on board four.  Our non-playing captain was Mel Rappaport.
