Afternoon Solitude
With hot weather driving people to the beaches, I went up into the mountains. My usual route was blocked by a downed tree so I headed off on to a rough track and ended up in this beautiful little spot.. The warm air really brought out the earthy smells and the reflecting sunlight danced off the water and lower lying leafs creating a light show in the silence.. Very peaceful indeed :)
