Dad definitely knows that road! He's the one that showed it to US the last time they came over, remember?? We missed it a few times because we hit it from Sandhill (at the end of Mt. Pleasant) and didn't realize that it was a good lil' ways down Sandhill. Anyway.. since then, we've incorporated that road on most of our dirtroad trips out that way! [=

That dirt road is one of the lefts (if going past the Thomson hospital/Maxwell Elementary) off of Mnt.Pleasant Rd. called "SterlingGibson Rd." (SterlingGibson connects Mnt. Pleasant and Sandhill Rd.), and it does indeed get muddy!  And unfortunately the lake is "uber" low and muddier than usual.

Hey there young fella ! That dirt road looks very familiar to me, seems like I have been stuck on it a time or two over the years!  About the gator.....you better hope the PETA kooks dont find out you taped his mouth shut! I wonder if that would work well on women?   The lake looks mighty low in that picture! Muddy too !
