Had a group trip to Moundville State Park for my Anthropology class. Not the whole class, just 5, college students, in a(1) Honda Civic, it's to bad I didn't get any pictures of that...

These are the pictures of the Park. Might I add that once you have seen 1 mound of grass covered dirt you've seen most of them in the world. So go enjoy the beauty of a local hill..

    From what I understand the mounds are just dug up dirt, that came from planting and other such activities that require dirt to go away. As for what is in them I would like to know myself. There was an archeological crew there surveying out in the low ground, but they wouldn't talk to us about their exact work.
