Home-Made Pieces

Submitted by SteveM on Fri, 06/26/2009 at 7:13am.

I made these pieces out of clay (sculpted by hand and sprayed with engine enamel) when I was in high school.

Please be forgiving, as I am a musician - not an artist!

Good work!!  I made a chessboard in school too.  It is kind of wonky, but I like to look at it every now and then.  My parents keep it in a cupboard at the cottage lol.

Creating for scratch is like home based recording.  nothing more raw and real.  Wild Thing was done with a single mic hangin from a basement ceiling.
